We made about ten gallons of cider, most of which is hanging out in the garage.  Last night Hunter added a teensy bit of yeast to it, and WaLA! In two weeks we’ll combine the carboys and let it sit for a few months – five years (that’s a funny joke!).

Hunter and Sarah made a ton of cider last year. Since it tasted so good I decided to put my picking skills to work and scoured the neighborhood.  I’ve found more trees since and look forward to doing a few more batches.  Cider sure isn’t beer, but its more free, and ALL-AMERICAN drinking fun! Cheers!
